In accordance with the Law on Free Zones and the Law on the Legal Status of the "Zamyn-Uud" Free Economic Zone, the Government of Mongolia announces an international open tender of competitive selection (hereinafter referred to as "Tender") for strategic investor interested to invest in building the Recreation and Entertainment complex /including a casino/ in Zamyn-Uud" Free Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as "Zamyn-Uud" FEZ) under an Investment Agreement and to be given an exclusive right to run casino business and to invest in establishing main infrastructure of the FEZ (electricity supply lines, a clean water supply, disinfecting and effluent treatment plants, roads, railways, telecommunications network and the international airport).
